Training  Methodology.

Lead Auditor Training Course (5days). – The complete Training program will be interactive and competence evaluation of participants will be evaluated the continuous assessment methods – such as workshops, Role Play, Group Discussion, Home Exercise etc  & Last day Final examination.

Marks obtained during the continuous assessment shall be evaluated on daily basis at the end of each day of Lead Auditor Training course.

The Final result will be based on combine marks of Continuous assessment and Final Examination Marks.

Note – The complete Lead Auditor Training Course will be competence base evaluation.

Day -1  & Day -2 – Introduction , quality, quality management principles, Process approach, requirements of ISO 9001:2008 std and documentation requirements.
